As long as the book at home is in the proper reading range a student can test on the book at school to gain AR points. If it has been a while since the book has been read I would encourage a second reading to ensure a good test score. Good luck!
Please encourage your child to read 20 minutes in the evening. We are currently doing 1 minute tests on multiplication facts for 2 - 10. Flash card help at home could really help with quick recall of facts at school. Thank you for your support at home!
